The owners wanted to upgrade their dated 70’s home which had an old narrow rear loaded alley kitchen and small family room. They live on rural horse property with active outdoor lifestyle. They wanted to integrate their outdoor lifestyle with their indoor living space.
What We Did
*Existing Kitchen, Nook, and Family Room were expanded to create an open great room feel.
*Large windows and full-lite atrium doors were added to the rear wall to take advantage of the views of their property and open it to the outdoors.
*Family Room fireplace was removed and replaced with a large bay window.
*Dining Room wall was removed to open it to the new living area.
*Entire exterior was renovated with stucco and stone.
*The new added and remodeled space lends itself to family and entertaining activities with a new central three-way fireplace, tile and wood flooring and large, spacious upscale kitchen.
