Denver Exterior Update A Refreshing Look

2008, COLORADO AWARD FOR REMODELING EXCELLENCE, 2ND PLACE WINNER, EXTERIOR REMODEL

The owners wanted to upgrade the “plane Jane” box exterior of an eight year old scrape off to match the quality and appearance of their revitalized neighborhood.

What We Did

*Enhanced the front elevation by extending the width of the front porch, converting study window to an atrium door that opens up to a new hardscape flagstone patio, enclosed by a curved stone wall.

*Wood siding around second story was replaced with new stucco and attractive band details; existing stucco was refinished with a new texture and color; stone wainscot was added on the front and rear; and old wood front door was replaced with a new eye-catching door with a glass inset.

*Wood wing fences were replaced with new wrought iron to match neighbor’s.

Porch and walk replaced with stamped concrete.
