The client is the original owner of this thirty year old suburban home and loves the area. She made the decision to stay at this house versus buying a new home, but she wanted to create a great outdoor living space so that she could enjoy entertaining her large circle of family and friends.

What We Did

*Replaced rotting redwood deck and pergola with a new maintenance-free synthetic deck and vinyl pergola

*Expanded the area to include a covered deck outside master bedroom and added a new full-light door from the master to give access to the future hot tub

*Created a gazebo which includes a beautiful outside stone fireplace and gas barbeque which allows for outdoor entertaining in all seasons

*Deck design created a multi-use hardscape

*Overall look and size compliments the large, private backyard

*The simple look of the home is enhanced by building an outdoor area that takes advantage of the beautiful Colorado climate

*Use of low voltage deck lighting and the chandelier in the gazebo adds ambience and creates an inviting atmosphere for entertaining past sunset
